  • The hotel reserves the right to take action if a guest's behaviour is deemed inappropriate

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 20 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if cancelled more than 10 days before check-in.
  • 20% refund if cancelled more than 7 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
  • Bookings for weekends, long weekends, holidays, festivals, Christmas, and New Year are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
