All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

• Applicable taxes and fees are added at the time of booking.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
• Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed securely through our booking and payment partners. A deposit or full prepayment may be required to guarantee certain rates and stays.

We ask that all guests respect the comfort, safety and privacy of fellow guests and our team. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay in cases of unlawful or disruptive behaviour.

Blu Resorts is not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Use of resort facilities is at the guest's own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa.
