Room reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the Site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions.
You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party web sites or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
No contract will subsist between you and Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa or any of its affiliates in respect of any services or products offered through the Site unless and until Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa accepts your booking by email or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the reservation terms and conditions of booking. You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services or products which may be offered by Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa on the Site (including room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card/debit card/ cash card/internet banking which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card/debit card/ cash card/internet banking details before providing you with any services or products.
If you breach any of these Conditions your license to use the Site will terminate immediately without the necessity of any notice being given to you.
Otherwise access to the Site may be terminated at any time by Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa without notice. The provisions of these Conditions excluding, limiting and disclaiming the liability of Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa will nevertheless survive any such termination.
Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa does not accept any liability for any failure by Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa to comply with these Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or as a result of any event of force majeure like acts of god, fire, wars, sabotage, civil unrest, labour unrest, action of Statutory Authorities or local or Central Governments, change in Laws, Rules and Regulations, affecting the performance of Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa .
If Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa waives any rights available to it under these Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

An advance payment of 100% of the value of booking must be made at the time of booking to reserve your room.

Early Check In and late Check-out are subject to availability and there may be additional charges and taxes applicable.
For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. For guaranteed Late check-out, reservation needs to be made for a extra night. All check out prior to date agreed/ confirmed at the time of reservation will be subject to a one nights charge. Amendments and changes to booking will be subject to rate policies or Terms & Condition mentioned on confirmation voucher/email.
Refund amount will be ascertained as per cancellation policy and refund will be paid to the customer within 10 working days after getting approval of the management of Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa . The amount of Refund will be paid either through cheque or NEFT.
Amendments and changes to booking will be subject to rate policies or terms & condition mentioned on confirmation voucher/email.

Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the India Government prior to booking travel to destinations. Blu Resorts, Vagator, Goa does not represent or warrant that travel to, or accommodations in, destinations where services are offered via this site is advisable or without risk, and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to, or staying in, such destinations.
